Description
Mannan-Oligosaccharides (MOS) are functional oligosaccharides composed mainly of mannose units and derived from konjac glucomannan through enzymatic hydrolysis. Konjac-derived MOS is a plant-based, non-animal ingredient with good water solubility and functional carbohydrate properties. It is widely used in food, nutritional supplements, and functional formulations due to its excellent stability and compatibility with various food systems.
